The ZGS011PK integrates all essential vacuum components—ejector unit, valves, silencer, pressure switch—into one compact system, reducing installation time and simplifying robot setup. Its lightweight 400 × 240 mm sponge‑type suction surface ensures reliable gripping of cartons, bags, uneven items, or mixed goods of varying shapes and sizes. Modular ejector configurations allow tailoring suction flow for optimized cycle times.

With a lifting force of up to 2144 N at −75 kPa and support for collaborative robots such as Universal Robots, Omron/Techman, FANUC, and Yaskawa, the system offers broad compatibility. A single air connection and one electrical cable enable true plug‑and‑play integration, while the ISO‑9409‑1‑50‑4‑M6 flange ensures quick mounting.
