The RMTM2 clamp‑type tool changer enables secure, manual tool exchange using two clamping bolts, ensuring maximum stability and repeatability. Designed according to ISO 9409‑1‑50‑4‑M6, it mounts directly to most collaborative robots. With a 20 kg maximum work load, 60 Nm moment resistance and ±0.02 mm positioning repeatability, it provides robust performance even in demanding multi‑tool operations.

Its compact 16 mm height and lightweight construction reduce inertia on the robot arm, improving cycle times. The system includes main plate and compatible tool plate, making it easy to integrate with RMH‑series air grippers or other EOATs. The clamping mechanism ensures a rigid and vibration‑resistant connection for high‑load or high‑accuracy applications.
