High-Payload 6-Axis Cobot for Heavy-Duty Automation and Easy Programming
The FANUC CRX-30iA is the most powerful collaborative robot in the CRX series, offering a payload of up to 30 kg and a reach of 1,756 mm. With ±0.05 mm repeatability, it’s ideal for palletizing, machine tending, material handling, and welding. Built-in force sensing ensures safe collaboration with humans without the need for external safety devices.
Programming is intuitive via the tablet teach pendant with drag-and-drop interface or through manual guided teaching. The CRX-30iA runs on the R-30iB Plus controller and supports software like ROBOGUIDE, iRVision, and ZDT. A new feature includes wrist-mounted buttons (J6) for direct teaching and customization.
Typical applications include palletizing, heavy part handling, machine loading, and welding. The CRX-30iA is ISO-certified (ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849-1), maintenance-free for 8 years, and supports flexible mounting on the floor, wall, or ceiling.
