The ABB IRB 920-6/0.55 is a high-performance 4-axis SCARA robot with a 550 mm reach and 6 kg payload. With repeatability down to 0.02 mm and cycle times as low as 0.31 seconds, it’s ideal for fast pick & place, assembly, and inspection tasks. Its compact design with internal cable routing minimizes footprint and simplifies integration into modular production cells.
The IRB 920 is compatible with ABB’s OmniCore controllers (E10, C30, C90XT) and supports up to 20 I/O signals, integrated air supply (6 Bar), and Ethernet communication. Optional IP54 and ISO5 cleanroom variants make it suitable for electronics, pharma, and lab environments.
