The igus ReBeLMove Outdoor is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed for both outdoor and indoor use. With a payload of 500 kg, a towing capacity of up to 1,000 kg, an operating time of 8 hours, and 3D laser scanners, cameras and safety features compliant with CE/Performance Level C, it offers a high-performance and safe transport solution.
Set-up is carried out via an intuitive app for Android, iOS, the web, Windows and Linux. The system enables easy configuration, process monitoring and integrated fleet management, and can be integrated into existing AMR fleets.
Ideal for supplying machinery, delivering to manual workstations, and transporting pallets, containers and trolleys both indoors and outdoors.

Thanks to intelligent optical navigation with 3D mapping and object detection, the autonomous mobile robot (AMR) can safely navigate new routes and uneven terrain with ease. With a payload capacity of up to 500 kg and a towing capacity of up to 1,000 kg, it efficiently transports heavy loads throughout production facilities, warehouses, and industrial sites. Advanced sensors and an outdoor LiDAR system ensure safe navigation around employees, vehicles, gates, ramps, and other obstacles.
Intuitive operation via app and open interfaces
Commissioning and operation of the ReBeL Move Outdoor are simple and intuitive via a user-friendly app. Pick-up stations can be set up quickly, transport tasks can be automated, and all operations can be managed through an integrated dashboard. The built-in fleet management system enables efficient coordination of multiple vehicles to ensure a smooth material flow. Thanks to open interfaces such as MQTT and REST API, the AMR can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT, SAP, and production environments and adapted to individual requirements, including compliance with VDA 5050 standards.
