Pick and Place customer application with EPSON Scara T3

In this customer's application, plastic parts had to be reliably sorted into a fixture. Due to the tight tolerances, the decision was made to use the T3 Scara robot from EPSON.

With a repeat accuracy of approx. 0.02 mm, the high precision requirements were easily met. The versatile industrial robot offers an inexpensive entry-level solution for production lines.

With a payload of 3 kg, 400 mm reach and 0.02 mm repeatability, the compact T3 robot is ideal for simple pick-and-place applications.
