The ZXPE5 integrates vacuum pump, vent valve, pressure sensor and suction cup into a single 556 g unit, eliminating the need for external air supply. As a UR‑certified model for UR3e, UR5e, UR10e and UR16e (PNP), it supports quick plug‑and‑play installation via M8 connector. Three power‑optimized operating modes, a 360° status indicator and integrated diagnostics enable transparent, reliable process control. A wide range of cup shapes and materials (flat, ribbed, bellows, thin, multi‑bellows; NBR, silicone, FKM, urethane; Ø 8–32 mm) guarantees maximum application flexibility.

The ISO 9409‑1‑50‑4‑M6 flange ensures fast tool changes with just two clamp screws, simplifying setup on collaborative robots. Built‑in vacuum generation minimizes leaks and tubing requirements, supporting stable automation even in space‑restricted housings.
