Compact pneumatic rotary feed-through with suction lifter for fast, flexible pick‑and‑place.

The igus RL‑X0223 provides a 360° infinitely rotatable axis with a 17 mm Z‑stroke and supports payloads up to 300 g. The unit includes a lifting suction cup (DHS2017‑S / SN‑M5‑DM22) and reaches speeds up to 500 rpm while remaining non‑rotating at the tool center point. It extends delta or Cartesian robot systems with an additional rotary degree of freedom for precise gripping tasks.

Integration is simple: the module is fully compatible with igus Robot Control and can also be operated via external motor controllers such as igus dryve D1. Each axis can be controlled individually, enabling flexible integration into custom automation setups. Closed‑loop encoder capability allows accurate positioning.

Ideal for high‑speed pick‑and‑place, packaging, sorting and light‑duty handling applications that require rotary motion combined with vacuum gripping.
