The PiezoBrush PZ3‑i with CAN‑bus interface enables efficient inline plasma pretreatment in both new and existing production environments. Its ultra‑compact 370‑gram design and low power consumption of only 18 W make it ideal for continuous automated workflows where precision and energy efficiency matter. The system generates cold‑active plasma below 50 °C, ensuring safe treatment even on heat‑sensitive materials.
Designed for integration into industrial automation, the CAN‑bus interface provides advanced process control and communication while minimizing cabling. Typical treatment speeds span from ultra‑fine cleaning to high‑speed printing applications, and treatment widths of 5–29 mm (up to 50 mm with specific gases) support a wide range of material types. 压电刷® PZ3-i 可轻松集成到新生产线和现有生产线中。 典型的处理速度因应用而异。 对于最精细的清洗，处理速度可达到 1 - 15 mm/s，胶合工艺为 10 - 150 mm/s，印刷工艺为 10 - 150 mm/s。 不同的表面必须使用适当的配件进行激活，具体选择取决于待处理部件的导电性。 模块标准型非常适合塑料、陶瓷或玻璃等非导电基材的表面处理，而模块近场型则专为处理金属、CFRP、氧化铟锡 (ITO) 或导电塑料等导电材料而设计。
