Warsonco WSC-MD30 Max 模块化码垛解决方案
WSC-MD30 Max 码垛机器人有两种版本：带升降立柱（升降范围 1200–2200 mm，30 mm/s）和不带升降立柱（固定高度 1600 mm）。根据夹爪和产品尺寸的不同，两种版本的码垛高度约为：不带升降立柱 1600 mm，带升降立柱 2600 mm。两种版本均使用 AC 380 V、3500 W 电源。托盘尺寸：1200×1000 mm / 1200×800 mm。移动式设备可由两人移动，总重量约 350 kg（带升降立柱）。
可通过触摸屏、Web 终端或工业控制主机进行控制。图形化编程（拖拽式）以及适用于 C#/Python/Java 的 SDK 可实现快速调试。接口：Modbus、TCP/IP、RS-485、数字 I/O；可选 Profinet、EtherCAT、Ethernet/IP。集成的 Warsonco 智能码垛软件无需编程知识即可轻松配置，并支持 AI 视觉自适应。
适用于食品、医药、日化、物流及产线末端码垛，可针对不同产品尺寸进行多层码垛，高效、灵活且易于集成。
