High-Speed 4-Axis Delta Robot for Versatile Precision Pick & Place Tasks

The Bat360-S1 4-axis delta robot delivers ultra-fast response and high positioning accuracy for flexible automated production scenarios. Featuring a 360 mm working diameter, 1 kg rated payload, and ±0.05 mm repeatability, it achieves a top speed of 8.0 m/s and maximum acceleration of 140 m/s², enabling up to 170 picks per minute for compact and medium-sized high-throughput production lines.

It supports mainstream industrial control systems. The open programming interface allows intuitive operation and seamless integration with Modbus RTU/TCP, Socket, EtherCAT and other common protocols, suiting diverse and flexible compact automation layouts.

Typical applications include high-speed pick & place, precise sorting, micro component assembly, and standardized packaging for small electronic parts, food & beverage, pharmaceutical products, and miniature consumer goods. Its compact modular structure, IP54 protection, and space-saving footprint enable easy and fast integration into various constrained production lines.

Highlights

(1) RobotPhoenix Bat360-S1 is a compact 4-DOF delta parallel robot with a 360mm working diameter and a rated payload of 1kg. It adopts lightweight optimized link structure, featuring ultra-short cycle time and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. The whole machine reaches IP54 dustproof and splash-proof standard, equipped with complete EMC anti-interference shielding, real-time operation monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock functions. It can run stably within 0–45℃ industrial environments, perfectly matching high-speed sorting and precise handling of small and lightweight workpieces.
(2) This robot adopts single-phase 220V AC power supply with low power consumption, and suspended overhead installation to save production line layout space. It reserves abundant expandable digital I/O ports and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP and Socket multi-protocol communication. The control system has strong openness, compatible with mainstream vision positioning systems, conveyor tracking modules and various micro pneumatic and electric grippers, enabling seamless docking with precision assembly and packaging lines without complicated customized transformation.
(3) Supported by mature mass production and stable long-cycle operation reliability, Bat360-S1 is designed for compact light-load high-precision automation scenarios. It is widely applied in 3C electronics, pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries for micro parts sorting, assembly and packing. Compared with large-stroke delta robots, it has a smaller footprint, faster dynamic response and lower energy consumption, effectively improving the production efficiency of small compact stations and reducing comprehensive equipment investment and operating costs.
